These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PC Studios+, a streaming service operated by Porter+Craig Film & Media Distribution ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Beverly Hills, California. By creating an account or using our platform, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By signing up, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide during registration is accurate and complete. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
To access certain features, you will need to create an account using a valid email address and a password. We may require email verification before granting full access. You agree not to share your account with others or allow unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that appear to be fraudulent.
PC Studios+ provides on demand access to a catalog of films, series, and other media. Some content is available at no cost through our ad supported tier (AVOD). Other content requires a paid subscription (SVOD) or individual purchase (TVOD). We make reasonable efforts to keep our library available, but titles may be added or removed at our discretion without advance notice.
When you subscribe to PC Studios+ Premium, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis at the rate displayed at checkout. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on our website, using the same method you used to sign up. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until that date.
If we change subscription pricing, we will notify you by email at least 7 days before the new rate takes effect. You may cancel before the price change applies if you prefer not to continue at the updated rate.
By subscribing, you expressly consent to automatic recurring charges until you cancel. This consent satisfies the requirements of California Business and Professions Code Section 17602 (Automatic Renewal Law).
We may offer free trial periods from time to time. If a free trial converts to a paid subscription, we will notify you by email between 3 and 21 days before your trial ends and a charge is applied. If you do not wish to continue, you may cancel before the trial expires at no cost.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. Subscription fees are billed in advance for each monthly period. Refunds are generally not provided for partial billing periods, but we may issue credits at our discretion for service outages or billing errors. Our free tier (AVOD) is supported by advertising. By using the ad supported tier, you agree to the display of advertisements before, during, or alongside content. We work with third party advertising partners and may use anonymized viewing data to serve relevant ads. We do not sell personally identifiable information to advertisers.
You agree to use PC Studios+ for lawful, personal, and noncommercial purposes only. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, record, publicly perform, or create derivative works from any content on our platform. You may not circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features, digital rights management, or access controls. You may not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or scrape our service. Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination.
All content available on PC Studios+, including but not limited to films, artwork, metadata, trademarks, and the platform itself, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Porter+Craig Film & Media Distribution and our licensors retain all ownership rights. Your subscription or use of the platform does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. If you believe that content on PC Studios+ infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. Section 512) to our designated agent:

Your notice should include identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the infringing material with enough detail for us to locate it, your contact information, a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized, and a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
We will respond to valid DMCA notices promptly and may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.
Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using PC Studios+, you consent to our data practices as described in that policy.
PC Studios+ is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free service. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform, its content, or its fitness for any particular purpose. While we strive to maintain a high quality experience, technical issues, content availability changes, and service interruptions may occur.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Porter+Craig Film & Media Distribution and its officers, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of PC Studios+ shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Los Angeles County, California. You and Porter+Craig Film & Media Distribution each waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class wide arbitration related to disputes covered by these Terms. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to info@pcfilmandmedia.com within 30 days of creating your account.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email or through a notice on the platform. Your continued use of PC Studios+ after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
